The point of KidZania is to show children how the world I was at Kid Mania with my three kids (4years old, 3years old, and one) when the one year old vomited all over me. The staff was so nice. They cleaned up the floor, refunded the food I had just ordered and event gave me passes for my next visit to be free. It was some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere.
